The villa was great, really spacious and child friendly and we had absolutely everything we needed. Much better than a hotel. Our bed was so big and comfy we could fit a 4 year old sleeping horizontally in with us and still get a good night's sleep. Perhaps some bathrobes would have been a nice extra touch for the transfer into the hot tub at night as it was a bit chilly at times off season. Thank you so much for your attention to detail and excellent communication. We really did have the best time and even though we were there for 2 weeks we still didn't have time for all the planned activities. If we come back we would definately stay with you again and would recommend your villa to friends and family.

Your villa is very comfortable and had everything we needed.
Windsor Hills is a lovely quiet estate - the road-works outside the main entrance did not affect us (thank you for the warning about the change of entrance).
My daughters very much appreciated the separate bathrooms and the TVs and Blu-ray player and we all enjoyed the hot tub.
The pool temperature and the air-conditioning were ideal, as we're not used to such high temperatures in Summer.

From the moment we entered the house we knew we were in for a great week. It was beautifully decorated and spacious. We had 5 adults, a teenager and child staying for the week. We had more than ample room to have our own space and not "get in each other's way". The kitchen was stocked w/everything we needed. And I mean everything. We bbq'ed a couple days and the kitchen was great for cooking. The TV was great and we all enjoyed the many dvd's to watch. My son especially loved the Pirates of the Caribbean movies. Thanks. :) The pool area was like heaven after a long day at the parks. We put aside one day just to spend at home by the pool because we enjoyed it so much. The game room was great as well. I loved the way the kids rooms were decorated. And I gotta say my bed was soooo comfortable. I slept like a baby every night. I can't really say one bad thing about the place!! We loved it!! Our next time in Orlando we will w/out a doubt be staying again. The only slight thing I could mention was that it was a tad warm in the house in early evening, like the air conditioning couldn't keep up. But it was 98 degrees every day we were there so it was understandable. Thanks Beth for a great home away from home. We were very sad to leave. Hope to be back soon!!! :))

We just returned from our vacation and I have to say that without a doubt the Laughing Place Villa is perfect. It was spotless upon our arrival, well appointed and the beds were crazy comfortable. Our group ranged from 7 years old to 75 years old and everyone had a blast. The pool/hot tub were wonderful after a day at the park. I do not have one single complaint, I will recommend your house to anyone who asks. It is certainly the way to go, if you want 5 star accommodations; 5 minutes from Disney, it could not have been more perfect. Not to mention Windsor Hills has great gate security, beautifully maintain grounds and friendly staff.
Thank you for always being available when I had questions, the additional tips included in your package assisted us greatly. Our vacation is one that my family will never forget.

We had a fabulous time! Thanks so much for renting us the house. Everything was perfect! I really appreciated the small details like the night lights in the kids' bedrooms and the games room in the garage. We especially appreciated the alarm on the door to the pool as we have 2 young, energetic boys who often tried to sneak out to the pool alone.

Just wanted to tell you what a "magical" time we had with our family while staying at The Laughing Place Villa. Everything was absolute perfection from the moment we boarded the airplane until we stepped off again in Boston. We could not have had a better time. I feel as though I had a wonderful dream and then I realize it was not a dream, it was real.
You may be hearing from my friends in the future because they are interested in our fabulous accommodations that I have been telling them about. Beginning and ending the day in the pool/jacuzzi was the cherry on top of the whipped cream...also, it helped to soothe our aching muscles! We walked and walked and walked for five solid days. It was glorious!
Thank you for your providing such great accommodations...especially the comfortable mattresses. We miss Mickey, Minnie and the gang and hope to visit again when our soon to be born granddaughter is ready...maybe even sooner!

We really enjoyed our stay. The villa was extremely clean, lots of room, loved the heated pool and the hot tub. We were reassured by the pool alarm, b/c of our two young children. It was really nice to have a full kitchen to have breakfast before the parks. We would have liked the air conditioner on a bit colder. Thank you for a very nice time. We will be referring this villa to lots of our friends.

We had a fabulous time & your house is everything and more than we expected! My 2 grandkid munchkins had a ball in the pool and hot tub and really took off with their swimming abilities. My 4 year old grandson was enchanted with seeing Mickey Mouse and all the characters and we have "magical" memories that will last forever. We also went to a beautiful beach that wasn't all that far away called Siesta Key---sugar white sand and beautiful blue green water----I would highly recommend it as a very doable day trip. We hope to return to your home in the near future and thank you for all of your help with making our dream come true!

I cannot say enough about "Laughing Place". While we had seen the online pictures and read the reviews nothing could have prepared us for how truly amazing your home is. Walking in after a long day of traveling to get there I felt immediately relaxed and happy. The whole process of checking in was effortless and your directions were concise, easy to follow and perfect. Love the keyless entry system. How easy. The home was spacious and impeccably clean. Everything was comfortable from furniture to beds. I cannot say enough how nice it was to have the lovely pool to come home to. The kids loved it and the alarmed doors made it worry free for those of us with young ones. The directions to the parks was perfect and the drive so EASY! We were at the parks within 10 minutes every day. The amenities and cost savings compared to staying on resort just cant be beat. I would never want to "do Disney" any other way and we will definately stay at one of your homes again if it is available for our next Disney adventure. Thanks you so very much for helping to make our Disney vacation so wonderful!

Whether it was a late afternoon break from the park or an evening in by the pool, the house was perfect. The kids loved having their own space (much like home) and adored the themed rooms! We have already referred over a half a dozen folks. Everything was great, from your house to the club pool and movie theater to everyone that we interacted with at Windsor Hills! Just wanted to let you know what an amazing holiday we had, made even better by staying in your WONDERFUL home at Windsor Hills. It was absolutley perfect - the kids loved the pool and are missing it already, and the layout of the house was just brilliant. We were impressed with the location of the house, the cleanliness of the pool, and the heat of the hot tub, too.
We arrived back to the UK yesterday to a chilly 7 degrees, so have had to find the winter coats as we had got so used to the warm Florida air!
I will definitely be recommending your home to friends, and we may even find ourselves looking to go back next year.

We had such a great time in sunny Florida and your home was absolutely perfect!! The kids were in the pool almost every day and I can honestly say it was the most relaxing vacation we’ve had in a very long time. Our daughter had an ear infection for part of the vacation and it made all the difference that she had her own room to rest… and, our son still had plenty to do in the pool and games room! It would’ve been a completely different situation if we’d been crammed into a hotel room. We were so sad to leave and we’re already trying to schedule a return visit!! I just got back to work today and wanted to answer your e-mail.
Everyone had a great time. The kids especially liked going to a park and coming home to a pool. The house was great and we enjoyed ourselves immensely. This was our second trip to Windsor Hills and I must say your house was by far much more homey and set up for fun loving folks. When we return to Florida again we will surely look you up to see if you have any openings. It might be a couple of years as everyone has decided already we are doing a mountain vacation next year.

We had an AMAZING and FANTASTIC time at your home!!!!! What a great experience, One of the best family vacations we have
ever had!! The pictures on your web don't do the place justice. It's so beautiful there. I was blown away when I walked
in. And to have that pool and hot tub waiting for you after a long day walking through Disney was an absolute treat.
What I couldn't believe is that we had everything we ever needed right in the home…dishes, cutlery, sheets,
towels…you thought of everything!! There is honestly nothing negative I could think of. Everyone loved the place. Of
course it took us a while to figure out the alarm on the door, but it was such piece of mind with our little ones
running around.
And we timed our trip perfectly…they are in the middle of a drought in Florida, we didn't have a drop of rain the 2
weeks we were there! And it was over 80 everyday. Amazing. And when you say you were close to Disney and the rest of the
attractions and restaurants, you weren't kidding!!! 10 minutes and you were there! It was great.
