Welcome to the Laughing Place Villa!  Located in Kissimmee, Florida, we are only 5 minutes away from Walt Disney World, 15 minutes from Sea World, and 20 minutes from Universal Studios Orlando.

Laughing Place is a 4 bedroom, 4 bath vacation home located in the beautiful Windsor Hills Resort.  This family friendly home features a private swimming pool with attached hot tub, a game room, and themed kid's rooms. 

Everything from linens, dishes, pool towels, pack-n-play and baby monitor are supplied for you. Laughing Place can sleep up to 10 guests, so it is perfect for large families or multiple families to share. All of this, for a price less than many hotel rooms!
